SHIPPING POLICY

In today’s online shopping market, we believe honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers.

 

Through trial and error we have found in order to provide quality services, we only ship Seamoss Gels on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please expect  3-5 business days for shipping. If Seamoss Gel is damaged upon arrival, we will ship a new jar as soon as possible. Customers are required to submit a (dated) picture/video prior to shipping the new jar.

REFUND POLICY

Due to items being perishable, refunds are not excepted. Thank you for understanding
